Secondly, input into the form the details of the request. The More Detail The Better! If we can understand the request from the ticket we can action it without asking for more information.
Thirdly, submit your request. Double-check the inputted information and click submit. If the form is submitted then you should see a success message and receive an email with the details of the request.
Lastly, wait for us to complete the request. We strive to be able to complete all of your requests as quickly as we can but we assure you that we are able to complete your request within 5 working days. (Providing that we have all the information we need)
